Ibex receives home loan inquiries from borrowers in all 50 states. In states where we aren't licensed, we refer those borrowers to independent lenders licensed there.
What partners receive
- Purchase, refinance, cash-out, VA, FHA, jumbo and DSCR inquiries by state
- Borrowers who asked to be contacted, with consent records kept for each referral
- Exclusive referrals by state and loan type
What we ask of partners
- An active NMLS license in each state you want referrals for
- Prompt contact, usually within one business day
- Compliance with RESPA, TILA and state advertising and referral rules
