What we collect
When you contact us or fill out a form, we collect what you give us, such as your name, phone, email, property state and ZIP, loan goal, and approximate home value and credit range. We record the consent wording you agreed to, the time and the page. If you apply for a loan, we collect the information required for the application through a secure portal.
How we use and share it
We use your information to respond to you and to provide or arrange a loan. If your property is in a state where Ibex isn't licensed, we share your inquiry with a licensed partner lender so they can contact you. We share information with service providers who help us operate, and as required by law. We don't sell your information to data brokers. Our handling of nonpublic personal information from loan applications follows the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; our separate privacy notice is provided at application.
Your choices
Ask us to stop contacting you, to tell you what we have, or to delete it by emailing info@ibexcapitalmortgage.com or calling 888-699-5777. Reply STOP to any text. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which you can use the same way.
